21 Day Happiness Habit Challenge
Happiness is a choice. 40% of our happiness comes from intentional daily habits. Only 10% of our happiness is due to our external circumstances.
Join us for the next 21 days, as we go on an inward adventure to building up our happiness levels. Not only great for us, but for everyone around us, as we spread happiness and love. Hosted by our founder and CEO Georgina Miranda. We are an ambassador for Project Happiness and we thank them for the guidance and materials.
Our goal- to help improve quality of lives and boost happiness around the world, while also having open and honest conversations around mental health and wellbeing. We are women that work hard and play hard and also want to take care of our overall wellbeing.
Today we talk about letting go of the negative thought patterns and self talk so we can live from our full potential.
Positive Feedback Loop
Happiness and altruism are intimately linked in a positive feedback loop – doing good is an essential ingredient to being happy, and happiness spurs kindness and generosity.

Is our mind our best friend or working as an enemy. Are we approaching situations from a place of peace or stress? Love or fear? Today we focus on finding our place of peace to strengthen our brain's peaceful pathways
Today we try to dwell in our heartspace. You might have heard of heart opening exercises in yoga, but there are many ways we can reconnect with our heart and our true nature-that of love.
Your Body as Home
Take care of your body. Your body is a home for you, body and mind. Be a gentle friend, and always treat it with kindness, love, and appreciation.- Project Happiness
Say No to Negativity. Gratitude is an antidote to complaining. The lens of gratitude dissolves the “poor me” perspective, shifting our focus to see the inherent good in things that we often complain about. Let's shift away from victim mode and recognize we have the power to shift our energy positively.
Be More, Do Less.
Do you catch yourself saying, “I will be happier WHEN…”?
Instead of measuring happiness by achieving external desires, start experiencing them by degrees of presence.
That Thing You Do.
You’re alive for a reason. What is your thing? The things that make you happiest are not random. They are your calling. Placed inside every human being is a call to joy, and a major purpose of your life is to answer that call.

Today’s challenge: Think about who’s in your inner circle of top 5 friends, not just in real life, but also who are you following on social media as well.
Be conscious about the energy you are surrounding yourself and letting into your life day to day and virtually. Feed your heart and mind with people and energy that lifts you up, is supportive, and aligned to your best self.
