Our founder and CEO Georgina Miranda is a highly regarded and sought after speaker, as she combines over a decade of Corporate, Start-up, and Adventure experience to deliver impactful messages to a wide range of audiences. She is a charismatic and engaging speaker that can easily relate back to real world experiences.
Georgina’s expertise includes leadership development, executive coaching, transformational change initiatives (technology/process/culture), organizational alignment and gender equity in the workplace. Her advice and compelling stories have been featured in magazines, websites and podcasts including Intel iQ, Yahoo Travel, Glamour Magazine, Huffington Post, Women's Health Magazine, Natural Health, People en Español, Latina Magazine, Positive Luxury, Climbing.com, American Latino TV, Univision-KMEX, SheExplores Podcast and On She Goes Podcast.
She holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and is a graduate of the The Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center Milestone Maker Program in San Francisco.
In her free time, Georgina is an avid traveler, reiki practitioner and overall adventurer. She is currently in the process of completing the Explorer’s Grand Slam, a feat consisting of climbing the highest peak on each continent (8 Peaks) and skiing the last degree of the North and South Pole. Less than 15 women globally have completed this challenge, and she has only 3 expeditions remaining to complete it. Her project raises awareness around gender-based violence and climate change.
