LIVING BEYOND MEASURE.
What if we told you women are powerful beyond measure, that we have the potential to change the world, create careers that align to our values and passion, that we can live life on our own terms, push our own defined limits, that the word "should" does not exist in our vocabulary, and that we can set off to do anything that our hearts desired? We hope you are nodding in agreement with a big, YES!
SHE VENTURES IS A SOCIAL ENTERPRISE ACCELERATING GENDER EQUALITY GLOBALLY. WE ARE A GLOBAL COMMUNITY • EVENT SERIES • PLATFORM • CONSULTANCY + COACHING PRACTICE- IGNITING ADVENTURE, WELLNESS, AND WOMEN LIVING BEYOND MEASURE AROUND THE WORLD.
We are a movement and vibrant testimony that women can be anything we want to be. Our voice matters and provides inspiration for others.
For a decade our founder Georgina Miranda has been speaking about women being the largest untapped resource in the world. While this is still true, we hope to help change that. She Ventures aims to make women the greatest resource in the world via our platform, events, coaching, consultancy, tools and resources and network. Georgina firmly believes that given the proper resources and equal opportunities, women can change the world.
Our global community is vested in accelerating gender equality, living and working from a state of our highest potential, and understanding that the world needs more global and social consciousness in business and leadership- everyone is welcome.
Regardless of which industry you look at across the globe, massive underrepresentation exists in most fields. Women make up half of the world's population and in many parts of the world are not able to live, contribute, and thrive at their full potential-the data supports this. Women's entrepreneurship rates have also increased by 10 percent on average globally, but still receive far less funding than our male counterparts. The World Economic Forum reports that women in every country face a wage gap of some kind. Exactly how wide the gender pay gap is may differ by year or by location, but it is very, very real. U.S. census data from 2015 shows that women working year-round and full-time were, on average, paid 80 cents for every dollar a man received. We hope to share a new generation of role models for women around the world changing narratives across the board and redefining what's possible.
We create space and support for a global community of women leaders, entrepreneurs, change makers, and allies to ignite our full human potential to be powerful beyond measure in our lives, work, and beyond, emphasizing on holistic approaches of mind, body, and spirt.
In 2017, sister company, Altitude Seven, merged with She Ventures.

"I dream and work towards a day when women around the world own and run half of the businesses out there, where we are equally represented in every boardroom, where our strength in mountains, waves, dirt, flight and are equally celebrated as our counterparts, where what we earn is a reflection of our great work, where our daughters know they can grow up to be anything they want to be with a community to champion them to success in all fields. I also dream and work towards a world where violence against women is not tolerated, where education and health care is available to all for us to thrive. Women are the largest untapped resource on the planet. #GettingTo5050 means we change the world. "
