Natalie Padilla is the Consumer Insights Strategist at Vacasa. In her role, she conducts research with current and prospective customers to inform brand and business strategy. She also acts as a consultant on marketing & sales tactics and works closely with the product development team.
Trained under a cultural anthropologist, her favorite word is ‘Why?" She is always looking to understand the cultural forces that drive trends, rather than simply following them.
Natalie graduated from Harvard College with a degree in Mind, Brain, and Behavior.
