Georgina is creator and CEO of She Ventures and Move 30 Collective. She is a social entrepreneur, adventurer, consultant, and speaker combining over a decade of Corporate, Start-up, and Adventure experience. Her passion for equality, adventure, and doing business as a means for social good have taken her to reach new heights on many fronts.
She is currently in the process of completing the Explorer Grand Slam (8 Summits + 2 Poles) to raise awareness around gender-based violence and climate change. A project she launched in 2008 and just 3 expeditions remaining. She believes inside all of us is an adventurer.

Champion longboarder and professional surfer Mary Osborne is “an undeniable force of nature who has inspired hundreds of thousands of people around the world with her Nereid spirit whilst motivating females of all ages to be their very best…” But she’s also much more than a renowned surfer: women-in-sports advocate, environmentalist , writer, model, TV personality, and business woman are just a few of the hats she wears, often simultaneously.

Paksy (Dutch native), founder of impactmania, has lived in the USA since 2001. As a marketing & business development executive (from startup, IPO, M&A to mature tech companies), she has worked in a dozen countries. She has served on half a dozen boards, including two seasons as the Board President of the Santa Barbara Symphony. Paksy directed and co-produced a video story for impactmania that was featured at the United Nations (2017). Paksy is a Senior Fellow Research and Media at AD&A Museum, University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). She graduated from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Multimedia storyteller Sarah Fretwell looks deeper into the intersection of the environment, people, and business with one question: What if the new bottom line was love?
Her award-winning work explores the lives of everyday people with extraordinary stories and creates the human connection that engages people on a personal level. Her work offers individuals a voice for justice, insight for solutions, and the human connection needed for international engagement. Some of her notable work and clients include the United Nations, USAID, The Africa Prize for Engineering Innovation, and Tara Expeditions Foundation.
