A Love Letter for You

Dearest community,

Thank you for standing with us since our founding in 2016 in San Francisco, where over 200 of you gathered to talk about adventure, the power of women, the need for exploration, and the rise of female leaders, visionaries, and changemakers.

Though we’ve been quiet on emails and social media, the work never stopped—because the WHY never changed. YOU, women, are my why. You always will be. How we serve may evolve as I do and we do, but you remain our constant. My constant.

I wish I could say that after nearly a decade of advocating for women in leadership, for funding women-owned businesses, and for ending violence and discrimination against women—especially women of color—that our work was no longer needed. But we know that’s not yet the reality, even as progress is made.

At my core, I’m a woman with sacred rage and sacred love—for us, for women as a collective, and for our connection to Mother Earth. My own journey through inner battles and systems not built for me has taught me this: to pursue the life and impact I envision, I must build an unshakable inner foundation. Fierce, unconditional self-love is not optional—it’s the key ingredient. They say the universe gives you the same lesson until you finally learn it. Boy oh boy, has she delivered on that! And here I am sharing what I have learned with all of you.

In my nearly 20 years of consulting, adventuring, and healing, I’ve met countless extraordinary women with a shared story: somewhere along the way, the beauty and enoughness we were born with were challenged. Much of adulthood becomes a reclamation—a remembering of our divine birthright.

So yes, She Ventures is here to help you build, grow, and expand your dream businesses, careers, health, and wellbeing—but first and foremost, we want to help you build the inner foundation that no one can knock down. Because with that, my dear beautiful women, you are unstoppable.

You’ll notice our new look, feel, and voice, but our why remains the same: YOU.

May we:

✨ Live with joy, remembering the sacredness within us and in life itself.

✨ Play, dance, and adventure to our hearts’ content.

The world is beautiful—step into nature, and you’ll remember. And yet it is also hurting, in need of love, harmony, collaboration, and conscious leadership. That is where we come in. As I’ve said for nearly 20 years as an activist, climber, and entrepreneur:

“Women are the largest untapped resource in the world. Given equal opportunities, women hold the key to being the largest contributors of positive economic, social, and environmental change globally.”

We are everything the world needs, and we also need the same: love, harmony, collaboration, and conscious leadership. My hope is this space can be a source of that. A resource for you—not only to go after external success but to root yourself in the inner strength that makes you unstoppable.

These words are mine, from my heart, from my truth. From the mountaintops I’ve climbed and the darkest valleys I’ve walked through. From a woman who found refuge in the only place she truly could—within herself. That same refuge lives in you.

These words are in gratitude to you for being here, for being a part of our community, some from the beginning. You are my WHY, and I thank you for that. You have kept me going and I am here in service of YOU, and She Ventures was created for YOU.

I stepped back a bit to follow my own advice. I will always walk my own talk.

I look forward to walking with you again—through events IRL to online, retreats, coaching, consulting, podcasts, and collaborations. I look forward to sharing information and wisdom to help support you on your journey, not only my own, but from incredible souls around the world.
