IT STARTS WITH A DREAM AND A BELIEF THAT ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
I dream and work towards a day when women around the world own and run half of the businesses out there, where we are equally represented in every boardroom, where our strength in mountains, waves, dirt, and flight are equally celebrated as our counterparts, where what we earn is a reflection of our great work, where our daughters know they can grow up to be anything they want to be with a community to champion them to success in all fields. I also dream and work towards a world where violence against women is not tolerated, where the color of our skin does not put us at a disadvantage, where education and health care is available to all for us to thrive. Women are the largest untapped resource on the planet. Achieving equality means we change the world.
It’s only impossible until it’s done and it will take a global effort to make equality a reality.
We are a movement and vibrant testimony to women rising and living beyond measure around the world in every aspect of our lives and work. We take a mind, body, spirit approach to anything we work on. Abundance and wellbeing are available to us at any moment and should not be compromised in the climb to ‘success’.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
