Marianna is the founder of Oh Good Grief– an online platform aimed at changing the conversation around grief. After the loss of both her parents, she launched Oh Good Grief in 2020 in hopes of creating community and healing for those on their personal grief journeys. Oh Good Grief believes in the healing power of creativity and offers workshops in collaboration with different artists and wellness practitioners as a way to help people digest, express, and externalize their grief.

Marianna was awarded the VSCO Artist Initiative Grant and contributes to the likes of AFAR, Condé Nast Traveller, Rhapsody, FATHOM, and many more media outlets around the world.

Emily is Head of Private Wealth Management at Ellevest. At Ellevest, she works with women and their families to help them achieve their full financial strength and independence. Emily leads the the business’ vision, growth planning, investment platform development, and financial advisor recruiting, as well as working one-on-one with client’s herself as a financial advisor. She especially enjoys helping clients align their investments with their values.

Emily previously worked at JP Morgan’s Private Bank as an advisor to high net worth individuals, families, endowments and foundations. While at JP Morgan, she realized that the investment industry was severely under-serving women and joined Ellevest to flip the script. Before JP Morgan she worked in London at Cantor Fitzgerald. Emily received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Emily is a board member at Plan International USA and a Steering Committee Member of Alvin Ailey’s Young Patron Circle in New York.

Emily Warne

Emily Warne is the Director of the US Office of Panzi Hospital and Foundations (Panzi), a non-governmental organization that provides survivors of sexual violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo with access to compassionate, holistic care. She is responsible for managing strategic partnerships, fundraising, and communications, as well as media relations and event planning for the organization's founder, 2018 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate, Dr. Denis Mukwege.

Emily has over a decade of experience in non-profit development, marketing, and operations, with a focus on global health and education. She has worked with organizations based in the Middle East, North Africa, and East Africa, and comes to Panzi most recently from a maternal health systems innovator affiliated with the Vanderbilt University Institute of Global Health.

Previously, Farah worked as a founder and operator in the Food industry. She also worked in Investment Banking and Business Valuation. Farah is passionate about women’s rights and social justice and contributes her time to mentoring and helping other women succeed.

Rebecka Zavaleta

Rebecka Zavaleta has worked in financial technology and is the founder of First Milli, which helps people reach their first $1 million in net worth. She was named by NextAdvisor in partnership with Time Magazine as a top money expert in 2020. She creates wealth building content from a first-gen perspective. She works in tech as a Product Manager developing software in adtech and fintech for over the last 10 years.
